Gardena, CA—GE Digital Cameras entered phase two of its Be the Mayor of Summerville Facebook photo contest—and now the voting begins! Over 100 GE camera fans submitted their photos since June 28 to be recognized as an individual “who truly embodies the summer spirit.”
It is now up to GE camera fans to decide who will become the Mayor of Summerville by voting for their favorite photo. The photo with the most likes by July 25, 2011 will win a Mayor’s Inauguration Party Kit that consists of: a GE X500 camera and a DV1 HD video camera; a Weber Genesis E-320 gas grill; an assortment of grilling accessories; a customized Mayor of Summerville BBQ apron and chef’s hat; and a Wham-O Slip ‘N Slide.
Three runners-up winners will receive a GE G5WP waterproof digital camera.
