Hasselblad Heroines Campaign Kicks Off Women’s History Month

Parsippany, NJ—In recognition of Women’s History Month, Hasselblad is embarking on six-month social media campaign to celebrate the Hasselblad Heroines honored over the past four years. Moreover, the Hasselblad Heroines campaign features stunning images, engaging Q&As and behind-the-scenes clips from the Heroines. The goal is to pay tribute to these talented photographers and inspire the next generation of female photographers.

Since 2019, Hasselblad Heroines has spotlighted accomplished female photographers globally. It has shared their experiences, industry challenges as well as artistic inspirations through images and interviews.

Furthermore, starting today, the campaign aims to exhibit the diverse talents and perspectives of Hasselblad Heroines. Their work spans from portraits to landscapes and architecture to street photography. This month, Hasselblad is highlighting still-life photographers Annie Spratt, Karen Thomas, Lydia Winters and Andrea Zvadova.

Spotlighted Heroines
Film & Digital Photographer

Annie Spratt is a passionate film and digital photographer based in England. A mother of eight, she currently serves as the content management lead at Unsplash. Defying discouraging voices early in her career, Spratt remained dedicated to her beliefs in sharing her work freely. She has now accrued more than 9 billion views and 50 million downloads on Unsplash.
