Meriden, NH—Bruce Michelsen was named director of Sales and Marketing for Minox USA, Thorsten Kortemeier, executive chairman, announced. Michelsen has headed sales for the Minox photo markets, including the Nissin flash line, since 2009.
“With the significant product advances we have made in the last year, including the introduction of our extensive line of riflescopes, this promotion from within assures a continuance of our efficient operation,” Kortemeier said. “Bruce Michelsen succeeds Terry E. Moore, with whom he has worked closely, and he brings the skills, energy and character that will lead us to an expanded position in the optics field.”
Michelsen has years of experience in the optics and photographic fields, having first been with the Agfa Corporation and then 12 years with Leica, working with both sport optics and photo products. minox.com/usa
