Madrid, Spain—The Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) announced the winners of the XX TIPA Awards for the best imaging products of 2010, as voted on by the editors of its 28 member photo magazines from 9 European countries plus Canada, South Africa and the United States, in a general assembly held April 8-10 in New York City.
