Charlotte, NC—Life Clips, Inc. (LCLP), a brand of products designed to change the way people capture, manage and share life’s moments, closed on a private financing transaction for $700,000. The transaction gives the company the necessary capital to finalize its acquisition of Batteryfly Energy, Ltd., and its mobeego product line. The financing comes just days after Life Clips filed an 8K announcing a private financing of $300,000 from another shareholder.

In addition, mobeego for action cameras consists of a disposable mobeego battery can and reusable micro/mini USB adapters that fit most action cameras in the market.

Senior VP of Sales Appointed

In other news, Gruder announced that William Singer joined Life Clips as senior vice president of Sales. Singer will report to Gruder and his responsibilities will include day-to-day operations for all aspects of direct and indirect sales, as well as building Life Clips’ channel sales.

“William is a proven leader and industry veteran who will help us scale and play a key role in executing on our growth strategy,” said Gruder. “As we begin release of our products, we believe that a seasoned veteran like William will allow us to quickly enter into large retail channels and establish the Life Clips brand as a household name.”

Singer brings 25 years of leadership experience in the technology sector to Life Clips. He has launched and exited several entrepreneurial ventures, his first at age 19. He has also worked as an introducing broker to a large global money manager, where he participated in a variety of successful opportunities. Since 2010 he has developed multiple strategic relationships with big-box chains, where he successfully implemented several product launches that resulted in millions of dollars of revenue. Singer brings sales and management experience in all facets of business, including the Internet, Internet marketing, sales and analytics.
