Ronkonkoma, NY—With the ongoing global pandemic health crisis, Sigma Corporation of America updated its Covid-19 protocols. The company told its customers it is “committed to caring for the health and well-being of our employees, customers, partners and communities.”

With that in mind, the company has taken several actions in accordance with all recommended procedures, guidelines and protocols advised by the CDC, the United States government as well as state, regional and local public health agencies.

In compliance with recent directives from authorities in New York and California, Sigma’s offices and repair facilities in Ronkonkoma, New York, and Burbank, California, are available as follows.

Repair services at both locations are available for mail-in and drop-off/pickup customers. However, guests are allowed in the lobby areas only. Moreover, to schedule service at the facilities, and to speed up the drop-off process and minimize contact between employees and guests, customers should follow these procedures:

For Sigma’s Ronkonkoma facility, create a service order online before dropping off equipment. Customers can create a service order through the link on Sigma’s Service and Support page or directly through this form.

For the Burbank facility, please contact Sigma directly. SIgma-Logo-Black covid-19

Furthermore, beginning July 6, visitations and product demos will resume at the Burbank facility by appointment only. Attendees will follow strict cleanliness and social distancing. The Procedures and Precautions will also be detailed during the appointment confirmation. For appointments, call (213) 699-0561 or e-mail burbankinfo@sigmaphoto.com.

In addition, the Ronkonkoma fulfillment center is available for shipments; however, the company apologizes for any delays that occur during this time.

“We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and follow the advice and guidance of federal and state authorities,” Sigma announced. “As conditions change, we will update any modifications in our operations on our website. The health and well-being of our customers, clients and employees remain our top priority during this difficult time.

“We wish every one of our customers, friends and family safety and good health during this unprecedented time.”
