Port Washington, NY—The rugged/waterproof camcorder segment now accounts for a majority of sales revenue in the overall camcorder market. It has grown 23 percentage points in the last 12 months. GoPro fuels the market segment with its sales growth. The rugged/waterproof segment has seen 78 percent dollar growth during this time period.
