The new representative for the Southeast is Mobile Marketing, whose staff includes David "Bogie" Bowen in Apopka, Fla, Ben Lord in Athens, Ga. and Raymond "Hawkeye" Sorrells in Albany, Ga.
7 Elephants also named Mintz Lachar Associates in Southern California, whose representatives are Steve Mintz and Mike Lachar, both of Valencia, Calif.
