Fujifilm Makes Top Leadership Changes in U.S., Names New Presidents/COO

Valhalla, NY—Fujifilm Holdings America Corp. announced that, effective June 28, 2012, Kaz Yamamura is the new president of Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation and Go Miyazaki was promoted to president/COO of Fujifilm North America Corp.

Yamamura will also serve as the new chairman and CEO of Fujifilm North America, overseeing management of eleven Fujifilm companies that operate in the U.S. He is also a member of the board of directors and corporate vice president for Fujifilm Corporation.

As president and COO of Fujifilm North America Corporation, Miyazaki is responsible for management of the company’s photo-imaging, electronic imaging, graphic systems, optical devices and motion picture business, and operations for Fujifilm in Canada. Previously, Miyazaki was division president, Imaging and Electronic Imaging, Fujifilm North America Corporation.

Prior to his newly announced position, Yamamura served for more than 36 years at Fujifilm, most recently in several key management positions that included his work as corporate vice president and general manager, Finance and Accounting, and general manager, Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, for Fujifilm Holdings Corporation in Japan.
