Mimaki USA Makes Organizational Changes

Suwanee, GA—Mimaki USA, a manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutters, announced organizational changes, including the appointment of Yasuhiro Haba as president of Mimaki USA. He will be responsible for the leadership of the company throughout the Americas.

relocate to the Mimaki USA Western region office, which is located in Torrance, California. Haba succeeds Masaaki Fujita, who is now senior managing director, Mimaki Engineering (Japan).

In addition, Ken VanHorn was named vice president, Marketing and Operations, Mimaki USA. And Shinsuke Oota will serve as general manger of services in the Americas. Naoya Kawagoshi remains vice president, Sales, Mimaki USA, covering the United States and Canada. Koji Imoto remains vice president, Export, Mimaki USA, covering Mexico, the Caribbean and South America (with the exception of Brazil).

Mimaki USA Business Planning Division Created

A newly formed U.S. Business Planning Division has been created, which will be responsible for sales and operations in the Americas. The division will be led jointly by Haba, Kawagoshi, VanHorn and Oota.

Additionally, the U.S. sales group moves to a regional structure, with the following management: Carmen Pacella, Western Region manager, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Washington and Wyoming; Ross Esenberg, Midwest Region manager, Chicago, which includes Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Mike Trotter, Northeast Region manager, which includes Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia; and Scott Champeau, Southern Region manager, including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and Tennessee.
