Atlanta, GA—A global provider of software, e-commerce, education and productivity solutions for professional as well as semiprofessional photographers, ShootProof appointed Stephen Marshall as CEO. Marshall brings more than two decades of executive leadership in high-growth technology and SaaS companies.

Effective immediately, Marshall assumes day-to-day leadership of the ShootProof. In addition, the company’s cofounder, Colin Breece, is staying with the company in the role of chief strategy officer.

Previously, Marshall was a founding partner at Deep Fractal, an advisory firm. He worked with technology companies spanning digital marketing, healthcare and direct to consumer brands. In addition, prior to that he founded multiple companies, including INVISION; the SaaS platform managed $16B in advertising revenue. Moreover, Marshall served as CEO of INVISION prior to its successful acquisition by Mediaocean in 2016.
