The company produces more than 24 different models of photo booths, enabling 1,000+ photo booth operators to build their businesses from scratch. Moreover, Pather and his team build their booths around DNP’s dye-sublimation printers.

Pather’s goal is to provide customers with a variety of top-of-the-line photo booths to fit the needs of any event. In addition, Photo Booth International helps customers every step of the way. They also provide them with in-depth training; lifetime tech support; unique designs; a free customized website; and business advice.

Photo Booth International: The Beginning

Pather and his partner got the idea for the business in 2012, when they built their first photo booth using an inkjet printer. Through their experience, they quickly learned about dye-sublimation printing and the benefits it has for photo booth operators.

While the company used the inkjet printer for the first few events, it worked to save up the money to upgrade. Subsequently, they chose the DNP DS-RX1HS printer. The dye-sublimation printer produces 4×6-inch prints in 12.4 seconds or up to 290 prints per hour. Photo-Booth-International-Logo“Building our booths around DNP printers allows us to provide our customers with a durable product they can depend on; many of them are completely new to this business,” said Pather.

“We want to help our customers pursue a new career path that they find fun, interesting and enjoyable. By providing photo booths with the best technology and great customer service, we can eliminate a lot of the stress that comes with becoming a photo booth operator.”

DNP’s DS-RX1HS combines inexpensive hardware costs, low media prices and high-end capabilities to provide the largest print capacity in its class, adds Pather. Furthermore, it produces a range of print sizes, including 4×6- and 6×8-inch prints as well as 2×6-inch photo strips. It also prints 6×6 square photos.
