Pulaski, NY—As a result of the sharp rise in the costs of energy as well as the raw material Titanium Dioxide, the Felix Schoeller Group will adjust the prices for its specialty papers. Furthermore, the surcharge will go into effect beginning December 1, 2021.
Specialty Papers Energy Surcharge
Gas and electricity prices continue to rise sharply. To compensate for these increases, the Felix Schoeller Group will implement an energy surcharge. The increase will be up to EUR 10/100kg ($11.33/220.5 lbs) in all its product segments. The surcharge will apply to all deliveries as from December 1, 2021 until further notice. 
In addition, the specialty paper manufacturer, which is headquartered in Osnabrück, Germany, will pass on the increase in the price of the main raw material Titanium Dioxide to its customers in the Technocell Dekor segment.
Sales prices will increase depending on the ash content of the respective paper grade, also as of December 1, 2021.
