Bethlehem, PA—OM Digital Solutions Corporation announced the development of the M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm F3.5 Macro IS Pro. With a 180mm-equivalent focal length, it is the first telemacro lens in the high-performance M.Zuiko Pro series. The series conforms to the Micro Four Thirds System standard.
The development of this new M.Zuiko Pro telemacro lens reflects the brand’s commitment to meeting requests of customers and the marketplace. By adding it to the lineup, there are now three lenses with close-up shooting capabilities with a maximum image magnification of 2x or more at focal lengths of 60mm, 120mm and 180mm. Consequently, the company now offers a macro lens lineup that covers everything from standard to telephoto range.

Moreover, optimized for macro nature photography, the new M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm f/3.5 Macro IS Pro lens will feature close-up shooting capabilities with a 4x maximum image magnification.
Beyond its impressive close-up shooting capabilities, the new lens will also provide a dustproof and splashproof protection class equivalent to IP53 for stress-free shooting in any condition. In addition, it will provide in-lens image stabilization for easy handheld shooting.

OM Digital Solutions also announced that the M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm f/3.5 Macro IS Pro lens will launch in 2023. However, the company did not reveal pricing.
