The Instagram featured photographer for May is Andrew Wille. “I’m originally from Chicago, moved to Orange County, California, for college and then up to the Bay Area nearly two years ago,” says Wille.
“That’s when I got serious about photography. I’ve always had a deep interest in photography and have always believed a single photo has the ability to inspire or even change someone’s life. That’s why I always try to make my photos different and stand out. Capturing and sharing the beauty of nature and fascinating places around the world inspire me.
“This is one of my favorite photos because it shows how timing can be so important. The timing had to work out perfectly with the sunrise, trolley and people walking across the street. A funny aspect about this photo is the cyclist is my friend; he biked as fast as he could up California Street to make it in time for the trolley.”
