Ridgefield Park, NJ—Samsung will be hosting its first-ever #DitchTheDSLR Ditch Day event in Times Square on June 4, 2014, 12:00– 6:00 p.m. ET, when consumers are welcomed to exchange their DSLRs for a new NX30 (a $999 value), while supplies last.
The interactive Times Square experience will showcase what mirrorless cameras have to offer. There will be a variety of stations in the booth where consumers can try out all of the new Samsung Smart connected digital cameras, test the speed of the mirrorless cameras by capturing images of slot cars racing down a speedway, take a high-quality NX mini selfie, and create a panoramic of Times Square from the Skydeck.
