Las Vegas, NV—DNP Imagingcomm America (DNP IAM) announced the Total Protection End User promotion, which covers purchases of new DNP DS40, DS80 or RX1 printers and carries a retail value of $399.99. Retroactive to November 18, 2014 and available until January 23, 2015, qualifying printers purchased through an authorized retailer will be eligible for a three-year Advanced Exchange service contract at no additional cost.
The Advanced Exchange (AE) service contract guarantees 100% of covered parts and labor beyond the DNP manufacturer’s limited warranty for new purchases. With an AE contract, thermal printhead coverage is also extended by twice the limited warranty. The Total Protection End User promotion ensures all repairs are made with genuine DNP parts by factory-trained certified technicians and authorized service providers.
