Melville, NY—To facilitate capturing, printing and sticking photos, Canon USA, Inc., released the next generation of Ivy products: the Canon Ivy CLIQ+2 instant camera printer + app and the Canon Ivy CLIQ2 instant camera printer. In all-in-one packages, the next-gen Ivy CLIQ2 instant camera printers have new features and print color quality improvements.

Canon Ivy CLIQ+2 Instant Camera Printer + App
Like its predecessor, the instant camera printer + app is equipped with an 8-megapixel camera; it also adopts a selfie mirror surrounded by a light ring of LEDs. In addition, the CLIQ+2 connects to a compatible smartphone and the Canon Mini Print app. Consequently, providing filters and borders, the app lets users customize and personalize their prints. What’s more, they are available with seasonal and celebratory themes.
Snapshooters also have the option to print from an SD card. Furthermore, the now-available live view mode enables them to check the image before clicking.
Though the CLIQ+2 is small, it boasts the “2 in 1” ability to both snap a photo and print a photo. The photo can also double as a sticker. Users can peel off the photo backing and stick the photo wherever they like.
Other new modes directly built into the camera comprise landscape, portrait as well as selfie mode. Built-in frames and filters are also available directly from the camera.
To add another layer of creativity, Canon also released Zink precut circle sticker paper as a new consumable to use with the CLIQ+2 instant camera printer +app. Through the Canon Mini Print app, the consumer selects the “precut sticker” layout option and can edit their circular formatted photo to their liking.
The CLIQ+2 instant camera + app comes in rose gold and midnight navy versions.
Canon Ivy CLIQ2 Instant Camera Printer
The Canon Ivy CLIQ2 is a 5MP instant camera with an automatic flash as well as a selfie mirror. Users can also click, print and stick in an instant. New for the CLIQ2 are built-in borders and filters that are accessible right from the camera; no app connection is required. In addition, the camera is available in three new matte colors: petal pink, turquoise and charcoal.
The Canon Ivy CLIQ+2 instant camera printer + app and the 
Canon Ivy CLIQ2 instant camera printer will be available for in-store purchase this month. They will have a suggested retail price of $149.99 and $99.99, respectively. In addition, each instant camera printer comes with a starter pack of 10 sheets of 2×3-inch photo paper.
Moreover, the new Zink precut circle sticker paper will also reach retail in September. It will cost $12.99 a pack.
