New York, NY—Polaroid has upgraded its most portable, wearable, take-anywhere instant film camera. The Polaroid Go Generation 2 instant camera now features a larger aperture range. In addition, Polaroid gave it a more precise light sensor and on-point exposure settings to take clearer and brighter pictures.

“Don’t let its size fool you. The world’s smallest instant camera is packed with big ideas,” Polaroid announced.

Upgraded features include an f/9–42 aperture range; a built-in selfie mirror; a self-timer; as well as double-exposure modes. The Polaroid Go Generation 2 camera also pairs with its own tiny filters for more creative photo options. There is also a human-friendly integrated flash. Plus, it is rechargeable via USB-C connectivity.

Moreover, the new camera is compatible with Polaroid Go film. That’s Polaroid’s smallest instant film yet. Further, the color instant film is battery-free and has real Polaroid chemistry.

In addition, the second-generation instant film camera comes bundled with a wrist strap and USB-C charging cable. What’s more, sporting a classic Polaroid look, the camera is now made of 30% recycled materials.
