Apple's retail stores posted a nearly 73 percent increase in revenue in June over the same time last year, All Things Digital reported Thursday, citing Needham analyst Charlie Wolf.
The growth was attributed to the advent of the iPad, which was not yet available last summer. Wolf found that the iPad itself led to a “38.7 percent increase in visitors per store, a 52.9 percent increase in same-store revenues, and… 106.3 percent increase in non-Mac revenues.”
