Redwood City, CA—Shutterfly, a leading manufacturer and digital retailer of personalized products and services, acquired MyPublisher, one of the pioneers in the photo book industry and creator of easy-to-use photo bookmaking software.
The acquisition will combine MyPublisher's photo book technology and specialized manufacturing capabilities with the Shutterfly platform. Terms of the acquistion were not disclosed.
