Florham Park, NJ—The Profoto L1600D is a high-output LED light for film productions. Moreover, it is a mono-LED, meaning there is no ballast. Consequently, it is a lighter, self-contained unit. It also comes with a boost reflector and a dual mount, including a Bowens to Profoto adapter for use with an array of modifiers.
Additionally, Profoto built the mono-LED to offer speed and ease of use with less time needed for setup and breakdown. It’s powered by the company’s patent-pending cooling technology, HydroCTech. Further, with the Profoto Light Shaping Tool system at its core, users get more access to various light modifiers.
