DNP Launches New Website with Enhanced Reseller & Customer Support Tools


Concord, NC—DNP IMS America Corporation, a provider of dye-sublimation printing technologies, introduced an updated website design for the North American, Latin American and Canadian markets. The website now offers new resources for customers and resellers, including live support, warranty and product registration, driver downloads and a host of other tools. It also features a new layout for easier navigation.

“Our customers and resellers have specific support requirements unique to their business operations,” said Kazuhiro Kawabata, president of DNP IMS America Corporation. “We designed this site to be a resource they can use to supplement our customer service call line and allow them to easily find the support materials they need at any time.”

The updated customer support section provides downloads for printer drivers/utilities, firmware and manuals, as well as printer and media purchase information, technical and sales support contact details, and remote support sessions. Customers and resellers are also able to register for DNP’s Extended Service Plan (ESP) and Advanced Exchange service contracts directly from the support section.

Additionally, the new website features product specifications and ordering information for a range of DNP legacy equipment, such as the SL10 SnapLab, M4 and M8 printers.
