San Diego, CA—Sony debuted the 14MP DSC-W370 and DSC-W350 Cyber-shots with CCD image sensors that provide their sweep panorama feature, as well as the DSC-W330, DSC-W310 and DSC-S2100.

Utilizing CCD sensors, the W370 and W350 shoot continuously to capture landscapes or tall buildings in one “press and sweep” motion, then stitch the images together to create one panoramic. The W370 and W350 take 243º and 268º panorama shots, respectively.

The W370 features a 7x zoom lens, a 3-inch LCD, 720p movie recording and HDMI output for viewing on televisions. The W350 has a 2.7-inch LCD, a Carl Zeiss wide-angle 26mm equivalent lens for close-ups and a 4x optical telescopic zoom. Both models provide Optical SteadyShot image stabilization and record 29 minutes of 720p HD video in the MP4 format for large-screen playback.

The 14MP W330 has a 3-inch LCD and a 4x wide-angle 26mm equivalent Carl Zeiss lens; the 12MP CCD W310 offers a 2.7-inch LCD and 4x wide-angle 28mm equivalent lens. The 12MP S2100 comes with a 3x zoom, 3-inch LCD and supports AA batteries.

All five Cyber-shots include slots for both Memory Stick and SD/SDHC formats as well as core Sony technologies: intelligent auto mode and easy mode, which recognize scenes, lighting and faces and adjust settings for the best shot; and smile shutter, which automatically captures a smile.

Picture Motion Browser software for viewing, editing, organizing and uploading to video- and photo-sharing websites is bundled with all five. This spring, Sony will launch a service and integration with Facebook that will let users share their photos/videos privately.

All five are offered in a variety of colors for the following MSRPs: W370, $230; W350, $200; W330, $170; W310,
$150; and the S2100, $120. sony.com
