San Diego, CA—Along with the DSLR-styled DSC-H200 with a 26x optical zoom lens, Sony displayed the adventureproof Cyber-shot DSC-TF1 for outdoor and underwater shooting at the 2013 CES.

These Cyber-shots offer new features for the line, including an advanced flash that boosts the sensitivity and extends the flash range; a beauty effect function with post-shooting retouch options such as skin toning and smoothing, teeth whitening, eye widening and shine removal; and 360 sweep panorama mode (previously available on a select few Cyber-shot models).

The Cyber-shot DSC-TF1 is designed for active outdoor shooters. It has a new rugged design that is waterproof (to 33 feet, 60 min.), dustproof, shockproof and freezeproof. The camera’s large buttons, solid grip and auto screen brightness act to simplify operations in outdoor and underwater activities.

The camera employs a 16.1MP Super HAD CCD sensor, a 4x, 25–100mm optical Sony zoom lens, 360 sweep panorama mode and beauty effects. It will be available in a choice of black, orange or pink for $199.
