Another user experience enhancement is an improved printer initial setup through the Canon Print app. The app provides step-by-step instructions to follow for simple installation. The printer also boasts easier installment and replacement of ink cartridges. And its front paper tray was redesigned for easier insertion of the desired paper size.
The Pixma TR4720 also has a built-in fax; this eliminates the use of a mobile application to complete faxing needs. Other Canon Pixma TR4720 printer features are two FINE 4 color hybrid ink cartridges; approximately 8.8 ipm (black)/4.4 ipm (color) print speeds; and 4,800×1,200-dpi print resolution.
