Fremont, CA—ArcSoft, a software provider of imaging technologies and applications, released the Android version of its Perfect365 portrait makeover application. The app lets users apply a natural touch-up or makeover on digital photos with a single screen tap. Users can create images in seconds to post online or send to friends.

A bad photo floating around online can create the wrong impression for a potential employer, family member or friend. With Perfect365’s imaging and facial detection technology, users can remove blemishes or accent facial features; the app includes a facial feature engine that automatically detects eyes, nose, cheeks and mouth regions. Users can lift cheeks, remove blemishes, slim faces, whiten teeth, deepen smiles, apply lipstick or even change the color of eyes in just one tap.
The app also includes templates for different makeup looks and gives users the ability to fine-tune a look to a specific style. Settings are adjustable, allowing for unlimited looks and styles, and before and after comparison effects can be reviewed. Photos can then be shared through various social media, including Facebook, Twitter and Flickr.
