Las Vegas, NV—Sony announced that U.S. freeskier Nick Goepper has joined Team Action Cam. Goepper—an Olympic medalist, X Games gold medalist and Dew Tour champion—is one of the most consistent and stylish freeskiers competing in today’s circuit.

Goepper joins fellow skiers Sage Cattabriga-Alosa, Ian McIntosh, Dash Longe, Angel Collinson and Tim Durtschi on Team Action Cam, as well as a variety of action sports legends and innovators, including Tony Hawk, Ricky Carmichael, Ryan Dungey, Danny Davis, Sebastien Zietz, Nigel Sylvester and more.

“Joining the Action Cam family is a perfect way to welcome the new season,” said Goepper. “As I travel the world training and skiing, Sony’s Action Cam lineup lets me share my adventures in an authentic and fun style, and I know I can always count on the quality.”

“We are honored to have Nick Goepper as part of our team and confident that our technology can showcase his skiing from a truly unique perspective,” added Patrick Huang, director of the Action Cam business at Sony Electronics. “Action Cam’s compact, streamlined designed combined with class-leading image stabilization and outstanding picture and audio quality give Nick nearly unlimited possibilities to share his adventures.”

In addition to signing leading action sports athletes and content creators, Sony’s Action Cam has cultivated key resort partnerships, event sponsorships and launched the interactive microsite sony.com/actioncam.  A variety of engaging Action Cam content can be found on Twitter (@ActionCam), Instagram (@ActionCam) and by following #ActionCam.
