Lexar Professional CFexpress Type B Diamond Card Specs
The Diamond series cards boast blazing fast speeds of up to 1900MB/s read and 1700MB/s write. They also enable content creators to experience minimum sustained write speeds of 1600MB/s. Consequently, they can help to dramatically accelerate postproduction workflows for enhanced productivity.
In addition, the new series features PCIe Gen 3×2 and NVMe high-speed protocols. As a result, Lexar Professional CFexpress Diamond cards can enable users to capture the highest quality RAW, ProRes and 8K video. The series also supports the VPG 400 specification for professional-quality video. This allows for seamless and sustained performance when content is written to the card.
Moreover, for added versatility, Diamond series memory cards are backward compatible with select XQD cameras; this enables existing devices with next-generation performance. Further, the cards are shock and vibration-proof, as well as resistant to extreme temperatures from 14ºF to 158°F for added durability.
CFexpress Type B cards are only compatible with devices that support the CFexpress format. Highest transfer speeds are achieved only when used with a CFexpress Type B reader, indicated by a boxed USB logo on the product.
Lexar Professional CFexpress Type B Diamond series memory cards come with a limited lifetime warranty. The CFexpress Diamond series comes in capacities of 128GB and 256GB. They have suggested retail prices of $219.99 and $379.99, respectively.
