Best Buy’s Twitter-based tech support effort, Twelpforce, will be the centerpiece of the retail giant’s advertising campaign heading into the holidays, the New York Times reported Thursday on its BITS blog.

The campaign will be similar to existing advertisements in which a stadium full of Best Buy employees answers questions of lone customers, except that they will add answers set to the tune of Christmas carols.

The company has also redesigned its Facebook page, produced viral videos, and launched a new gift-card concept called "Pitch In," in which a customer can ask friends to donate gift points towards the purchase of a specific item.
