Canon and the Pro Football Hall of Fame this week presented winners in their annual “Why Do You Love Football?” contest.

Heidi Yowell, 45, of La Habra, Calif., won the honor for the Adult Division while Michael Pronzato, 17, of Warrington, Penn., won for the Teen Division. Both winners won a trip for four to attend Super Bowl XLV in Arlington, Tex., along with a trip for four to the 2011 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Celebration in Canton this summer, and they will also have their winning photos displayed in the Hall of Fame for a year.

Yowell snapped a photo of her son and husband, entitled “Last Game,” after the last Pop Warner game of the season. Her son, a third-year linebacker, wore pink socks during the game to help promote breast cancer awareness. Pronzato captured “Give a Full Effort for the Touchdown” at the Archbishop Wood vs. Haverford High School football game.

“Through this program, Canon is able to provide students at Youth Education Towns across the country with hands-on teaching and the necessary tools to embrace the art of photography,” Yuichi Ishizuka, executive vice president and general manager, Imaging Technologies and Communications Group of Canon, said as part of the announcement. “Together with the NFL, we're thrilled to be able to enrich children's lives with a life-long activity that is both educational and fun.”
