The Consumer Electronics Association earlier this month made the long-planned move to a new headquarters in Arlington, Va., outside Washington. The move, a four-mile migration south along the Potomac River, puts the CEA in its own building, near Reagan National Airport in the Crystal City section of Arlington.

“This is more than a new home for CEA. The building reflects CEA’s growth, the industry’s excitement, and our optimism about the future,” CEA president and CEO Gary Shapiro said in a statement.

The CEA’s new offices opened on the morning of Tuesday, June 5.
