CEA Offers Service Excellence Benchmark Program to Improve Customer Relations

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) has announced a service for the digital imaging industry.

CEA's Service Excellence Benchmark program with customer relations specialists, Service 800, will provide reports on customer satisfaction and service quality for imaging companies. Service 800 will collect data through service transaction interviews with customers, and will offer recommendations for improving customer relations.

“The digital imaging industry is highly competitive, and a company's customer service performance often determines brand loyalty,” said John Tunnell, vice president, member relations, CEA. “By offering this service to our digital imaging members, CEA hopes to provide them with a valuable tool they can use to advance their business and the industry as a whole.”

The Service Excellence Benchmark is available to all digital imaging industry companies, and will be discounted for CEA members.
