eBay announced Monday that it has agreed to purchase e-commerce giant GSI Commerce. The deal is for $2.4 billion, or $29.25 a share.
GSI has more than 180 customers, including RadioShack, HP and Iomega.
The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
