Fidelity Electronics has announced that it purchased the computer memory, flash memory and imaging accessory lines of Shikatronics, a Quebec-based accessories provider.
“The acquisition will add a wide range of high quality memory products and imaging accessories to complement Fidelity’s award-winning digital picture frames,” Fidelity’s CEO, Stan Samole, said in a statement.
