Employees at Fujifilm's manufacturing plant in Greenwood, S.C., have pitched in to construct a new home for an injured Marine in the area.

Teaming up with Homes for Our Troops, the employees recently spent three days building a specially adapted home for Marine Chief Warrant Officer-3 Jeffrey Pcola, who suffered spinal and internal injuries while serving in Iraq. The volunteers broke ground on the new home, in the Lake Keowee region, Feb. 4.

Fujifilm has agreed to provide food and beverages to volunteers working on the project, while also donating $21,570 to Homes For Our Troops. The company sells a special Military Appreciation digital camera bundle at military bases nationwide.
