Fujifilm to Purchase Royce Photo/Graphics

Valhalla, NY—Fujifilm North America Corporation, Graphic Systems division, a supplier of equipment, products and services for the graphic printing industry, entered into an agreement to purchase Royce Photo/Graphics, Inc. d/b/a Royce Imaging Technologies. Royce is a full-line dealer and authorized service center for the photographic and graphic arts markets, operating in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Upon completion of the deal, which is expected during July, Royce will become part of Fujifilm’s Graphic Systems division as a sales, service and distribution center. Founded in 1981 in Salt Lake City, Utah, Royce Photo/Graphics distributes offset printing plates, pressroom supplies, workflow software, bindery and the latest digital inkjet technology equipment to print providers. The company employs full-time technical specialists, installation and service engineers and account managers.

Under its new Fujifilm identity, Royce will continue to operate out of its current facility, distributing the same equipment and supplies from its portfolio of major suppliers.
