Kodak said this week that it will showcase its service and support offerings for kiosks at the Customer Engagement Technology World (CETW) event in San Francisco later this month.
“Brands that use kiosks and other customer-facing self-service technologies can benefit from effective service strategies that offer an incentive for increased customer loyalty and satisfaction,” Kathy Clas, Director of KODAK Service and Support, said as part of the announcement.
