PNY has announced some additions to their digital media line-up including the Optima Pro CompactFlash – a high-speed, high-capacity card that can store up to 16GB of data with a minimum data transfer rate of 40MB/second (266X); an 8GB SDHC card – a new high capacity SD card to support performance requirements of today’s Class 6 (or lower) rated host devices, such as camcorders and digital SLR cameras; and the Optima Secure Digital card – a high-speed card that stores up to 1GB and 2GB of data with a minimum data transfer rate of 20MB/second (133X).
