
The Consumer Electronics Association announced some new details this week about the CEA Line Shows and Digital Downtown conference program, including the “NY Tech Start-Up Classic” and three new product sessions. The event is scheduled for June 10-12, in New York.
The event has added three new sessions to the Digital Downtown To Go conference: "The Year of Smartphones: Is There a Winner," "Mobile Apps Shootout" and "The New World of Old Media." These events will take place opposite the CE Reality Check Conference, featuring such events as "CEA’s Mid-Year Reality Check," "New CE Business Models Cater to New Media Appetites," "After the Transition: New product and technology trends from DTV and beyond," and "Women Editors Technology Shootout."
In addition, Mitsubishi, Monster and Alcatel-Lucent are among the companies that have joined the event’s roster of exhibitors.
