Fremont, CA—ArcSoft, Inc., a software provider of imaging technologies and applications, named former Microsoft and Staples executive Todd Peters as senior vice president, Consumer and Commercial Business. Peters joins ArcSoft with a primary focus on driving growth of the company’s new direct-to-consumer business.

“Adding Todd to the executive team demonstrates an unwavering commitment to our direct-to-consumer business across platforms,” said Michael Deng, founder and CEO of ArcSoft. “His vision and leadership will allow ArcSoft to accelerate the trajectory of the consumer focused segment and, at the same time, elevate the company’s robust business-to-business offerings.”
