Ritz Camera Centers received permission form a bankruptcy court to liquidate 400 of its 800 stores. According to Bloomberg News, the auction to determine which liquidator will carry out the sales will be held April 1.
Ritz was also given permission to borrow $85 million from Wachovia Bank to fund continuing operations.
