The new iPhone may be getting all the attention, but another recently introduced phone, which looks a bit like it, is setting sales records at the nation’s largest CE retailer.
Best Buy said last week that the Instinct, a touchscreen handset made by Samsung and sold through Sprint, is its highest-selling new handset in two years.
“Customers can choose from up to 95 different phones at their local Best Buy Mobile, and – increasingly – our customers are gravitating toward feature-rich handsets that let them do more with their mobile device,” the company’s president for mobile, Shawn Score, said in a statement. “Phones such as the Samsung Instinct from Sprint have helped Best Buy deliver the latest and greatest in technology to our customers.”
