Long Beach, CA—To liven up your creative space, Røde introduced the limited edition Røde White Collection of clean aesthetic production solutions. The products are available as stand-alone units as well as in two different bundles.
“We’re excited to announce a limited-edition range of white products featuring the RødeCaster Duo, PodMic, PSA1+ and NTH-100. The exclusive White Collection marks the first time these products have been released in custom colors, giving you the opportunity to brighten your setup,” the company announced.
Røde White Collection Details
RødeCaster Duo
The centerpiece of the collection is the RødeCaster Duo. It’s an all-in-one audio production solution for creators. Released earlier this year, it boasts the same features as the RødeCaster Pro II—Røde’s flagship audio console—in a more compact, portable form.
The integrated audio production studio is an option for smaller podcast productions and streaming. It is also suited to any content creation application where you need big results from a console with a small desktop footprint. The new white finish complements the RødeCaster Duo’s bright interface and RGB controls.
The device offers ultralow noise, high-gain Revolution Preamps (-131.5dBV EIN, 76dB gain) as well as two Neutrik combo inputs for connecting microphones, instruments and line-level devices. Further, it features a built-in wireless receiver for connecting two Røde series IV transmitters. In addition, there are seven assignable channels with four broadcast-quality physical faders and three virtual faders. It also provides a 5.5-inch high-definition touchscreen with haptic feedback and rotary encoder for navigation and control.
Add to that a quad-core audio engine; studio-grade APHEX audio processing; and onboard effects. The RødeCaster Duo additionally includes six programmable Smart pads with bank switching; a 3.5mm TRRS input for connecting headphones and headsets; dual USB-C interfaces for connecting two computers or mobile devices; Bluetooth connectivity; and multitrack or stereo recording to a microSD card, USB storage device or computer. It also has two headphone outputs and ¼-inch line outputs. Alone, the RødeCaster Duo has a suggested retail price of $499.
PodMic
Also available in the White Collection is the PodMic dynamic broadcast microphone. Moreover, it sports a new black grille for a sleek yet classic look. The PodMic is optimized for podcasting, livestreaming as well as other speech or vocal applications.
It also has an internal pop filter for minimizing plosives, internal shockmounts for reducing vibrations, as well as a swing mount for positioning.
With all-metal construction, the durable PodMic has an SRP: $99.
PSA1+
The PSA1+ professional studio boom arm boasts a parallelogram spring design. Consequently, it enables more precise mic placement and smooth, silent movement. It is also a solution for podcasters, streamers, broadcasters and content creators. Its parallelogram spring design offers a full 360º rotation. Furthermore, its fully damped internal springs and neoprene arm cover help eliminate mechanical noise for silent operation. SRP: $129.
NTH-100
What’s more, the NTH-100 headphones round out the collection. The professional over-ear headphones offer sonic performance. Featuring custom-matched drivers and a precision-engineered acoustic design, Røde developed it to deliver audio with detail and clarity, as well as accurate frequency response and low distortion. Thus, the NTH-100 is an option for monitoring and mixing. 
It also features an ergonomic design with CoolTech gel cushions and Røde’s FitLok locking system to reduce wearing fatigue. In addition, Alcantara earcup and headband cushions offer more comfort. The contoured earcups use memory foam cushions for noise isolation. With a lifetime warranty, the headphones have an SRP of $149.
In addition, Røde is making the While Collection products available in two bundles: the solo creator bundle and the podcaster bundle.
Creator Bundle
The solo creator bundle includes everything you need to capture audio for your content. Røde positions this bundle as a solution for solo streamers, podcasters and content creators.
It features the PodMic broadcast-quality microphone; PSA1+ professional studio arm; NTH-100 professional studio headphones; as well as the RødeCaster Duo. It also includes the XLR-3, an XLR cable with Canare cabling and Neutrik connectors for clean signal transfer with low noise. SRP: $788.
Podcaster Bundle
The Podcaster bundle comprises two of each accessory alongside the console. As a result, it includes everything to record, mix and master a two-person podcast. It features two PodMic microphones; two PSA1+ professional studio arms; two pairs of NTH-100 studio headphones; and the RødeCaster Duo. Also in the box is the XLR cable. SRP: $1,127.
