Verona, NJ—Sirui USA launched its N-S series of professional tripods. The next-generation tripods add new features and benefits, such as magnesium alloy leg sockets and spider, a ¼-inch accessory connecting port in the spider and a streamlined design. The four new N-S pro tripods are available in both aluminum and carbon fiber versions.

N-S SUN-1004SK Tripod
This 4-section aluminum tripod features a twist leg lock system that deploys with a half turn as well as magnesium alloy leg sockets and spider with a built-in bubble level. It has a split center column for ground-level shooting, a three-position leg angle selector and a reversible center column. Moreover, its 180˚ compact folding legs convert to a monopod. Anti-slip leg warmers are included on all three legs.
The 1004SK has the following dimensions: a minimum height of 5.9 inches; a maximum height of 62.2 inches (with the column retracted, 52 inches); a retracted height of 20.9 inches; a folded length of 18.3 inches and a weight of 3.7 pounds. Its monopod length ranges from 16.5 to 59.4 inches. The tripod can hold up to 26.4 pounds. It has a MAP of $189.99 and suggested retail price of $246.99.
N-S SUN-1204SK Tripod
With identical specs to the 1004SK, this is a four-section carbon fiber tripod. In addition, it has the exact dimensions of the aluminum version, however it weighs in at a lighter 3 pounds. Included in the kit are: the N-1204SK tripod; rubber and stainless steel spiked feet; a tool kit; an instruction manual; and a custom padded carrying case.
The N-1204SK has a MAP of $359.99 and an SRP of $467.99.
N-S SUN-2004SK Tripod
This four-section aluminum tripod uses four-section aluminum legs and has the following dimensions: a minimum height of 6.7 inches; a maximum height of 64 inches (with column retracted, 53 inches); a retracted height of 22 inches; a folded length of 19.2 inches; and a monopod length of 16.5 to 61.4 inches. In addition, it weighs 4.6 pounds and can hold 33 pounds.
The 2004SK has a MAP of $219.99 and an SRP of $285.99.
N-S SUN-2204SK Tripod
The carbon fiber version of the 2004SK, this lightweight pro tripod has the exact specs and dimensions. However, it weighs in at 3.7 pounds. It has a MAP of $379.99 and retail for $493.99.
