Santa Rosa, CA—Think Tank debuted a series of camera bags designed with input from photojournalists. Think Tank PressPass bags offer various carry options: as a sling, a crossbody, a waist belt or as a shoulder bag. The line launched with three bags: the PressPass 10, the PressPass 20 as well as the PressPass Sling.
Think Tank PressPass Camera Bag Series
All three PressPass bags are made from 420D Velocity nylon; a Velex PU liner; P70D taffeta; YKK RC Fuse zippers; three-ply bonded nylon thread; as well as a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating.
Other shared features include a wide aperture opening that allows for quick, easy access to all gear, whether you use the bag as a camera bag or just a lens changer. Also, the padded insert is removable to increase interior space and create a softer, more pliable bag. However, you can reattach the dividers inside without the insert. Moreover, the main compartments have self-locking YKK RC Fuse zippers, and the bottom of the bags are lined with foam for added protection.
To accommodate multiple carry styles, all three bags have double-gatekeeper clips and webbing attachment combinations as well as a tuck-away waist belt. Further, the waist belt wings have an attachment rail for modular components, and its buckle has tri-glide stops to prevent the belt from slipping. Additionally, all three have a rain cover located in the bottom that adds protection but is removable.
PressPass 10
The PressPass 10 is ideally worn as a crossbody bag, but you can also wear it in any configuration. In addition, its padded, nonslip shoulder strap is extra-long, so the pad remains on the shoulder when the bag is rotated around the body.
What’s more, there are rear zippered pocket for phones, wallets, paperwork and other essentials. Other features include: a front pleated zippered pocket; front daisy chains on either side of front pocket; an inside pocket with a hook & loop closure for incidentals; as well as a rear top grab handle. The PressPass 10 has a suggested retail price of $129.75.

PressPass 20
The PressPass 20 is primarily a shoulder bag or belt pack, but it can also act as a crossbody bag or sling bag. While designed for changing lenses, smaller cameras can fit with a lens attached. There is also a removable interior padded insert for photographers who need less foam to increase space in the bag.
Again, this bag provides a rear zippered pocket for smaller accessories. And it also has a front pleated zippered pocket, front daisy chains on either side of front pocket and an inside pocket with a hook & loop closure for incidentals. Rounding out its features is a rear grab handle.
The PressPass 20 has an SRP of $139.75.

PressPass Sling
The PressPass Sling is a dedicated sling bag with a wide aperture opening. When slung to the front, all the gear is easily accessible. As with the other PressPass bags, there is also a padded insert that’s removable to increase interior space and create a softer, more pliable bag.
Its wide aperture main compartment has self-locking YKK RC Fuse zippers, allowing the front pocket to fully open for access to gear. It also features a sling bag shoulder strap with an optional tuck-away stabilizer belt.
Moreover, the bag stands up freely on a table, providing access to gear. It also has a front pleated zippered pocket and front daisy chains on either side of front pocket. In addition, like its siblings, it has an inside pocket with a hook & loop closure for incidentals; a rear zippered pocket for other key essentials; and a rear top grab handle.
