Customer Service: Hot Topic at CES


The 2008 International CES’ focus is predominantly on relationships and connections. Companies are truly interested in the consumer, listening to their needs (or demands) and developing solutions that exceed expectations.

When consumer electronics companies listen to the consumer, they hear that they want their devices faster, smaller, more intuitive, with the ability to connect to or directly provide services, like file sharing and printing for cameras, for example.

Convergence is another buzz word this year as manufacturers are bringing a wide variety of solutions to market that are allowing consumers greater access to and more creative freedom with their digital content. This continued attention to consumers’ desire to get what they want, when they want it in the CE/Imaging world will also pay off in selling many of these new items unveiled at CES 2008.
