The organizers of the 2nd International Business Forum Cologne — the trade journal International Contact and the American information service Photo Imaging News — have announced the program for Photo Imaging Conference – Memories Are More, which will take place on October 21 and 22, 2009, in the Congress Center North at the Cologne exhibition center.
The program will begin with Alexandra Gebhardt, Chief Social Strategist at Inside Media Networks, USA, addressing the possibilities of attracting customers using current Web 2.0 services including Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter. The regular program to follow will begin with Dr. Rolf Hollander, CEO of CeWe Color Holding AG, offering a presentation focusing on the success story of the CeWe photo book.
As the day progresses, far-reaching insights into the broad spectrum of possibilities for boosting turnover by means of further imaging products and solutions will be provided by speakers including Nicolas Series, President of Kis/Photo Me in France (Photo books on demand from vending machines); Rainer Bauer, CEO of Imaging Solutions AG; Stephen Giordano, CEO of Lucidiom Inc., USA (The new imaging business — more than prints); and Nicoletta A. Zongrone, General Manager, Retail Systems Solutions, Consumer Digital Imaging Group, and Vice President Eastman Kodak Company, USA (It’s time to smile!). Holger May and Pierre Meleuc, managers from HP, will present the possibilities arising from the convergence of photofinishing and digital printing for photographic dealers and providers of imaging services.
