Ricoh Imaging Appoints Director of Marketing, U.S. and Canada


Denver, CO—Ricoh Imaging Americas Corporation appointed Linnea Wolken as its new director of marketing for the U.S. and Canada. In this role, Wolken will manage all marketing activities for Ricoh and Pentax brand cameras and accessories, including the Pentax 645Z medium-format system; the newly available Ricoh Theta S camera capable of capturing fully spherical, 360º high-resolution photos and high-definition video; and the full line of DSLR and compact cameras.

“Linnea’s diverse background encompasses building major brands and introducing new products that have redefined entire categories,” said Jim Malcolm, president, Ricoh Imaging Americas. “We are thrilled that she is bringing this expertise to the Ricoh team. Under Linnea’s leadership, we will be exploring and delivering new types of marketing approaches for all of our lines.”

Wolken brings to Ricoh more than 15 years of formulating and executing marketing strategies for business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies, including US West, Qwest, Papa Murphy’s and PepsiCo. She spent the last decade at Hunter Douglas, where she managed the flagship Duette brand of window coverings and led the product and marketing team. During her tenure, the company saw a 25% increase in sales.
