Los Angeles, CA—For vlogging summer escapades, DJI unveiled the Pocket 2 Sunset White 4K mini camera with updated features. Named after summer sunsets, the new Sunset White Pocket 2 combines hues of pink and purple with crystal white.
The Pocket 2 launched last autumn as the second iteration of the company’s Osmo Pocket. It “merges creative design and outstanding performance features so creators can easily vlog their everyday lives and create professional-level content,” the company announced.

Weighing approximately 4 ounces, the new mini camera fits in pockets, beach bags or purses. What’s more, the 4K mini camera can capture up to 140 minutes of summertime adventures.
Among the camera’s enhancements are improved autofocus performance; the addition of HDR video capture; as well as better tracking. In addition, it features a 3-axis gimbal; a 4K camera with a large sensor; and a wide-angle lens to capture content in photo or video modes.
What’s more, DJI added its Matrix Stereo system. The system consists of four microphones that are strategically placed clear of a hand–held DJI Pocket 2.
In addition, improved operability includes intelligent preprogrammed modes. They comprise pro mode, ActiveTrack 3.0, slow motion, time–lapse and panorama modes, as well as livestreaming.
The Pocket 2 Sunset White Combo is now available. The bundle includes a Pocket 2, a mini control stick, a cover, a do-it-all handle, smartphone adapters, a power cable, as well as a wrist strap and a sling strap for accessibility. The combo has a suggested retail price of $479.
